Mohammad is majoring in dietetics with a minor in business management at San Jose State University. He is president of the student Nutrition and Food Science Club, the chapter president of Institution of Food Technologists, vice-chairman of the Student Affairs Committee, and secretary and recruitment chair with Sigma Alpha PI. Mohammad will graduate in May 2010 and complete his dietetic internship at UC San Francisco.
Deborah Craig has a B.A. in American History from Columbia University and spent many years in the software industry, writing over a dozen books on various software applications. She joined the Masters in Public Health program at San Francisco State University and takes documentary film classes to search for ways in which the arts can be used to enhance awareness about public health issues.
Daniel DeFoe attended school in Hawaii, went to UC San Diego, and graduated from SFSU with a degree in International Business. He currently is employed in the San Francisco area.
Catherine received her MPH from San Francisco State in 2006. As a student, she helped to develop the eFolio course for the Health Education Department's graduate program using her skills in web site architecture and usability developed in the field of marketing and branding. Catherine now works as a public health consultant, helping organizations to shape programs and leverage the tools of the web for education, advocacy and fundraising.
