Lynnette Olson

Mary Bold, Ph.D., CFLE Mary directs the Academic Program Review for the National Council on Family Relations, certification for university human services and family studies degree programs. She also consults with institutions in the areas of assessment and online education. She has a special fondness for eportfolios, her favorite means to combine these two consulting purposes. Mary writes a blog on higher ed available at http://higheredassessment.blogspot.com Lynnette Olson, Ed.D. Dr. Olson is employed as the Project Director for Assessment & Effectiveness within the Office of the Chancellor. Her expertise is in the areas of quality assurance measures for distance education and systems approaches to continuous improvement in higher education. Lynette is a consultant/evaluator for WASC and the Higher Learning Commission/NCA. She also currently serves on the AQIP accountability council.
